Greenery in my backyard

The word green is closely related to the Old English verb growan, “to grow”. It is used to describe plants or the ocean.

Green is a color, the perception of which is evoked by light having a spectrum dominated by energy with a wavelength of roughly 520–570-nm. In the subtractive color system, it is not a primary color, but is created out of a mixture of yellow and blue, or yellow and cyan.

Last week it was literally raining cats & dogs in mumbai, we were strandedin our vicinity. Since it was cloudy for most of the day, i found this shrub half sumeged in our building garden, Water droplets can be seen on the leaves.

The phot i had clicked had a less depth of field so the background was sharp, while the foreground got blurred. The photo had water droplets on the leaves, i somehow wanted to preserve this photo, thanks to photshop i could do some enhancement and the effect looks good.
